One month from today I will be 32. I remember thinking 32 sounded SO old just a few years back. Now that I'm staring it in the face, it doesn't seem like that. =) I've decided that for the next month I'm going to kick my workouts in to high gear. I have a goal that I want to hit and I'm determined to make it happen!
Here are my Fitness/Nutrition Goals for the next month:
1. Continue with Insanity workouts (6 days a week)
2. Add in at least 3 extra workouts a week (T25, TurboFire, Combat, 21 Day Fix or running)
3. Eat as clean as possible and follow 21 Day Fix nutrition plan
Right now, I am the healthiest I've been in a long time. I plan on working hard the next year to become even healthier! I love the way that I feel and never want to go back to where I was.
I'm excited about my last month being 31 and can't wait to see what kind of results I have when I turn 32! Here goes nothing ... =)
