Make A Change

Three and half months ago, I was tired of the way I was feeling and looking and decided to make a change. I didn't want to "go on a diet" that I knew wouldn't last very long. I wanted to make a lifestyle change. I wanted to get healthy and fit. I saw a post on Facebook about becoming a Beachbody coach and thought "Why not?!?" I decided to jump right in and sign up to be a coach, start drinking Shakeology and do T25. 



I'm SO glad I took that jump. It was HUGE for me and totally out of my comfort zone, but I knew I needed to be challenged in order to make changes. In the past 3 1/2 months, I have completed T25 and moved on to Insanity! I've gone from dreading even hearing the word "work-out" to dreading my "rest days". I feel better than I ever have before and it's all thanks to Beachbody! 

I decided to start this blog in order to journal this new journey I am on, but also encourage others. If you are wanting to lose weight, get in shape or just feel healthier ... I'm here to help you!
